• Items like bicycles, equipment, ski or snowboard bags must be noted and additional fee for odd, heavy or unique shaped items.
• Trained service dogs are welcome to ride with your fare. All other animals require a fee and kennel.
• No litter boxes or feeding animals on board.
• 1 – 50lb suitcase & carry on, along with your personal items.
• Fish boxes $25
• Ski or Snowboards $25
• Animals in carriers $25 -$100
• Most cats must be sedated to ride – if your cat is a regular rider and does not howl during the ride, sedation is your option.
• This is a rideshare and it is not cool to make other passengers listen to a scared cat. Also, kind of not cool to make your cat ride scared. -
• Please inform us of bicycles, fish boxes, extra totes and luggage, ski & snowboard bags etc. There maybe an additional charge
• Red Eye Rides can not transport paint or other chemicals/HAZMAT materials.
• Red Eye Rides will not pick up at residences. Please note where pick up or drop off location is stated on your email. -

Red Eye Rides operates year-round, so if you live here, you know what we mean. There are things that happen on these highways that seem to hold up traffic for a while.
While we do our very best to get you to your destination on time, things are out of our hands. Winter riders, please pack an extra pair of socks and a coat. We’ll hang on to them if you’re going to Mexico or Hawaii. Please be prepared for winter conditions.
Red Eye Rides is not responsible for missed travel due to acts of nature, accidents on the highway, bad road conditions. -
Full refund less $25 admin fee if cancelled via text or email within 48hrs of travel time/date – 1/2 refund & $25 admin fee if cancelled via text or email within 24hours of date/time travel – less than 24 hours – no refunds – People can always contact us and reschedule & we will honor a ride!
